Prohibited Commodity Codes
Commodity/harmonising codes are used worldwide to identify the type of item and determine the duty rate applicable for that item in the destination country.
The UK has left the EU and items going into EU countries now require a commodity code.
Countries in the EU have many items that they restrict and they differ from country to country. When you book on our website, at the contents page we have a look up tool for commodity codes. If you enter a commodity code that is restricted, you will be warned of this at this stage in the booking.
By selecting the country below you will be presented with a list of commodity codes that are prohibited by that courier to that country.
Please be aware that this list is a guide, not definitive and is subject to change.
