Collection reassuring!

The parcel was collected from home with a reassuring comment "It's as easy as that"! It arrived at It's destination abroad very quickly and I was able to track it.

100% recommended

I send monthly parcels from the UK to New Zealand and within the UK also. I have tried numerous courier service including Royal mail ( sent Christmas parcel over and it was just in time for Easter ) I cannot give any criticism to this company they are really helpful and answer emails immediately. The prices and communication and tracking are superb. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone sending any type of parcels anywhere in the world. Parcels are also in great condition when they arrive too. Thenk you WW parcels you keep me in contact with my family in New Zealand

Good reliable service

Expensive for private individuals but cost included collection from my home, but good service and the goods arrived in the Canary Islands within two weeks having cleared customs (I paid the duty online) and the parcel was in good condition. .

Quick and Cheap, after broken phone/ website incident

They picked up my items the day I emailed them after some trouble on their website/ with their phone number (of which they were very apologetic). It was the cheapest option for moving out of the country by several hundred pounds and all my stuff showed up so that’s huge.

I have used this courier service for a few years no but have tried others before I found WW parcels but would not use any other. If international or UK I would highly recommend to everyone you will be very happy with there services. Prices / communication / speed of delivery and parcels being in good condition upon arrival.
