Fabulous service

Fabulous service, pick up exactly when stated by very friendly helpful courier. Regular up dates on the tracker and parcels arrived intact and speedily in Australia. Would recommend.

Got to Venezuela really quick . But the problem always occurs in Caracas where the receiver sends proof of paying the taxes . And it’s still on hold since the 13th December

Delivered according to expectations, but..... The only reason you didn't get 5* is that, inexplicably, you rounded up the weight of my package and charged me more than I was expecting! I'll be more careful next time and raise the issue at teh time - if I have time, that is.

Excellent excellent company to use.

I could never fault your services, when I send my parcel to Australia it got there in less than a week, that’s pretty good going what with the restrictions COVID gives us. Have been using your services for nearly ten years and excellent service all the time thank you.

OMG this company are FANTASTIC. This is the 3rd time ive used them to send homecomfort parcels to my son and his girlfriend in Australia and they have never failed to deliver AMAZING service. I will keep using them and can not praise them enough. KEEP UP THE BRILLIANT SERVICE GUYS

First Class Service

Outstanding service at an unbeatable…

Outstanding service at an unbeatable price. Booked at 11:30 on Monday. Collected by DHL from rural Derbyshire at 16:30 same day. Delivered in Michigan, USA, at 20:10 UK time on Wednesday. Not sure that Royal Mail could equal that for a UK destination.
