Shipped a large (20 Kilo) parcel to South Africa - 4 days from order to delivery. Fantastic service and by far the cheapest quote I could find. Receiving person needed to pay tax which was not clear when I booked - but was a reasonable amount and I reimbursed family member who gift was for. All in all - very good - and i will use againFantastic service

Our daughter lives in Adelaide and we have been sending her parcels for a few years now, none without some kind of problem! This is the first time we have used WPS and I have to say the service was perfect. The parcel was collected on time and delivered in exactly 1 week. It arrived exactly as we sent it, not bashed or opened as with previous couriers! The tracking system was very reassuring with regular updates and confirmation of customs clearance, which is always a worry with so many restrictions. I highly recommend this company and will never use another for this service. The price was great too.Very delighted with this parcel service…

This is the second time I’ve used WPS and I won’t be looking anywhere else in the future as everything about WPS is perfect. The phone lines have very limited opening hours but they are exceptionally quick to answer emails. Nothing is too much bother, their instructions are clear and the service I had from Teresa was exceptional, she is a true credit to an already great company. Thanks so much.
