Great Service got important parcel to Spain where the Royal Mail Service and Corres in Spain took three weeks to get to Spain then its was sent back home by mistake will be using this service again Royal mail need to get theit act together

Only certain days available to contact…

Only certain days available to contact via phone but email responses was quicker than I thought. Also do remember if you are sending a parcel to Spain put a Spanish phone number otherwise the Customs sends it back to UK and refuse t call UK mobiles. It wasn't clear on the website and just happened to find the info by accident as I had to make a call to Worldwide Parcel and got told then. Please be aware that there is also a Customs Taxes now as UK is not in the EU.

An Amazing Company and Service!

As a first time user of the service I was quite nervous, but our critical legal documents were delivered above and beyond the expectation - the documents were sent to Croatia and were received the next day!

Fast, Excellent service!

Excellent service. This is the third time I used Worldwide Parcel Service. The parcel delivered in Taiwan for only three days and the door to door service is convenient.
