Help and Advice When Shipping to Vietnam

Parcels to Vietnam are delivered in an estimated 2-5 days, however the delivery time depends on the service you choose. UPS may be able to deliver it slightly faster than DHL, but in reality there is likely not much difference in their transit times.

Remember that when you make your booking, if it's placed before 12 noon, your parcel can be arranged for collection on the same day!

It is important to remember when sending to Vietnam that, due to their curious import regulations, they do not accept second-hand goods of any kind. In fact, if you are sending your own items to Vietnam because you are maybe emigrating out there, they will also likely be considered by their customs officials as second-hand goods and not allowed to enter the country!

Despite the fact that it is technically possible to send "unaccompanied baggage" to Vietnam, in reality the rules surrounding second-hand goods often blur these lines and make obtaining your items when in the country almost impossible.
